Privacy policy

This policy explains what data is collected when you visit TabPlay Games (https://tabplaygames.com) and the choices you have. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell your name, email address or other contact details.

What we collect

• Server and security logs. Our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses, browser type and requested pages to deliver the site and block abuse.
• Preferences on your device. The catalog remembers your chosen view (cards or table) in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Advertising and measurement data. When ads are shown, our advertising partners and their vendors may set cookies or use similar technologies (device identifiers, pixels, local storage) to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure performance and prevent fraud. Depending on your consent and location, ads may be personalised based on your browsing.

Advertising partners

We work with third-party advertising networks and their partners. They act under their own privacy policies, and information they collect is governed by those policies. Where the law requires it, a consent tool is shown before non-essential cookies are used. Our partners may take part in the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework and the IAB Global Privacy Platform.

Your choices

• Use the consent tool or cookie settings link shown on the site, where available, to change or withdraw consent at any time.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Ads will still appear but will be less relevant.
• Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at aboutads.info, networkadvertising.org and, in the EU and UK, youronlinechoices.eu.
• US residents (including California): you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising through the consent tool, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by emailing [email protected].
• EU, EEA and UK residents: you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object, and to complain to your data protection authority. Ad personalisation relies on your consent.

Children

TabPlay Games is a general-audience directory and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
